Details

We want you to investigate our sales funnel to help us understand why prospects are falling off and what changes we should make to increase sales. You will have access to our Sales Manager for information and we will provide all current sales collateral for review. You will also be provided high level data, but not individual account information.

Our product is unique- and we have been operating for 47 years, but we have operated as a start up, with no sales strategy or analysis of how we sell our product.

Deliverables

The final project deliverable is a 10-page written report detailing our current sales process and your recommended changes.

The report should include:

  1. A visual graphic of current sales process.
  2. Current touch-points between prospect & sales team.
  3. Current sales collateral that is exchanged.
  4. Drop-off rates between each sales stage.
  5. Recommendations for improvement.
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.

I (Caroline Cooper, VP of Global Sensor Systems) will always be available for references and I am more than happy to look over student's resumes and offer feedback.

About the company

Company
Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
Manufacturing, Technology, Automotive, Transport, trucking & railroad

We manufacture the only automatic braking system preventing backing accidents for commercial vehicles. New cars today have them built in, but not large vehicles like haulers and garbage trucks. Backing accidents are the number one type of accident in the waste management industry because the larger the vehicle, the bigger the blind spots. Sure cameras and sensors are great, but they don't compensate for driver reaction time or distracted driving. Our company has been run by a small team of 2 for 45 years. Help us reach the next level of awesomeness! Help us keep drivers and their communities safe!
