The main goal of this project is to create a business plan for Yes2Amazing, a company that provides professional advisory services to professional immigrant women to help them identify, strategize, and action solutions to the barriers they face in progressing in their careers, businesses, and personal lives. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Researching the current market and identifying potential customers.

- Developing a comprehensive business plan that outlines the company’s services, pricing structure, and marketing strategy.

- Developing a budget and financial projections for the first three years of operations.

- Developing a customer service plan to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Researching and developing a strategy to ensure the company’s sustainability.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

- Understanding of the current market and potential customers.
