We would like assistance in writing and refining part two of our business plan. There are three parts to this project.

1. Write the Company Overview, Market Analysis, Products and Services 2. Strategy and Implementation, Management and Organization 3. Financial Plan, Risk Analysis, Exit Strategy, Executive Summary

Part 2 will focus on:

• High level business product roadmap
• Marketing strategy, tactics
• outlining the company's organizational structure, key personnel
• steps to achieve goals, timeline or timeline of milestones.
• information about the founders and/or key personnel, their roles, experience, and qualifications
• a company organization chart; and an outline of the company’s hiring plan.
• management and advisor structure
• policies and procedures, including any applicable legal or compliance requirements.

1. Analyze the industry and competition: Students will need to conduct market research in order to assess the competition, identify the target market, and identify industry trends.

2. Formulate the strategy outlining our key objectives, market positioning, and competitive advantages.

3. Outline the implementation plan

4. Estimate the costs associated with the implementation plan

5. Outline performance metrics

• Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
