The purpose of the project is to create a script and a video to help train and onboard new tutors. Currently, we do not have a video that teaches our new tutors what is expected of them, how to teach, how to find tablets, etc. It is critical to have a precise and concise video outlining the expectations of EduTutor and to help train new tutors efficiently.

Riipen students need to work closely with the CEO and the current tutors. Creating a script and different scenes need to be organized. Interviewing current tutors to determine the issues that could arise and how to avoid mistakes is very important. Creating an onboarding video for our new tutors will save us time and money when onboarding new recruits.

Students will work closely with the CEO of the company as well as current tutors. Regular weekly meetings will take place throughout the project and communication will be through Zoom, Slack and email.
