The main goal for the project is to ensure that ALF Trading & Technology Corp. is in compliance with legal requirements set by the Ontario Government to operate a Temporary Staffing Agency. Additionally, the project aims to develop legal agreements with the agency and client, as well as create policies for the staffing agency.

This will involve several different steps for the legal professional, including:

- Researching and understanding the legal requirements set by the Ontario Government for operating a Temporary Staffing Agency.

- Drafting legal agreements for part-time, full-time, and permanent employees as well as agreements with the agency and client.

- Identifying and understanding the insurance requirements set by clients to work with the agency.

- Developing policies for the staffing agency to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

The deliverables for this project include:

- A comprehensive report outlining the legal requirements for operating a Temporary Staffing Agency in Ontario.

- Drafted legal agreements for part-time, full-time, and permanent employees, as well as agreements with the agency and client.

- Documentation of insurance requirements set by clients to work with the agency.

- Developed policies for the staffing agency to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
