Grand Forks Concrete is seeking to enhance its internal operations by developing a comprehensive structure for employee compensation and internal communication. The goal of this project is to create a framework that ensures fair and competitive compensation while fostering effective communication across all levels of the organization. This initiative aims to align employee incentives with company goals, improve job satisfaction, and streamline communication processes. The project will involve researching industry best practices, analyzing current company policies, and proposing a tailored solution that fits the unique needs of Grand Forks Concrete. By addressing these areas, the company hopes to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.



Key tasks include:


  • Creating a library of templates for hiring contracts, performance reviews, disciplinary records, termination letters, etc...


  • Creating a library of job descriptions for each position for hiring and internal training


  • Creating training documents and videos for safety, best practices and company culture


  • Creating an organizational structure chart to help facilitate leadership responsibilities and communication lines.
Deliverables

The project will culminate in a detailed report and presentation outlining the proposed compensation and communication frameworks. Deliverables include:


- A library of key HR document templates


-A plan for compensation structure for within the company


- Summaries of each positions roles and responsibilities along with compensation structure


-Training materials for each position on safety and best practices


-Organizational chart
