Our company advertises thousands of products online. We hope to revamp our social media marketing to attract more customers.

We would like to work with students to design a new social media marketing campaign for our company as well as our clients.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

• Familiarizing themselves with our company’s and clients' products, social media campaign goals and target market.
• Identifying social media channels and strategies suitable for our company.
• Planning types of campaign content to create for each channel.
• Creating a social media content calendar that outlines important steps in the campaign.
• Creating content (video editing, graphic design) and posting them according to the established schedule.

Bonus steps in the process would also include:

• Knowledge of Tiktok platform, and ability to create engaging "Tiktok and Instagram Reels".

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

• Identification of suitable social media channels and strategies
• Identification of types of campaign content to create
• Identification of metrics to monitor the campaign’s success
• Creation of a social media content.

Final deliverables should include

• Produced content such as video reals and Instagram posts
• a social media content calendar.
• A detailed report on campaign goals, strategy and success metrics.

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

• Our current products and social media marketing
• Our customer and industry insights
• Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
