The main goal for the project is to find clients for an education consultancy + coaching company, with a focus on students and parents in the Greater Toronto Area. The project also involves creating a strategy to attract these individuals to the services offered by Insider's Edge.

  • Developing a client acquisition strategy tailored to students and parents
  • Creating marketing materials and campaigns to attract the target audience
  • Crafting and sharing compelling narratives about the company's offerings, achievements, and potential to amplify Insider's Edge's reach and recognition in the education sectors.
  • Fostering an online community of stakeholders, including students, parents, student leaders, teachers, and industry influencers, who are actively interested and engaged with Insider's Edge.


Final deliverables should include:

  • A written report outlining the client acquisition strategy
  • A presentation summarizing the strategy and any results if applicable



Mentorship
  • Mentorship and support will be readily available and provided to the team members throughout the project timeline for any topics
  • Access to data websites such as PitchBook, and CapitalIQ, along with LinkedIn Premium for sales leads
  • A reference letter also will be provided for aid with future employment
