Update the Help Center knowledgebase for TaskTrain, a B2B SMB SaaS application dedicated to bringing "process to the people". This project encompasses restoring missing informational graphics and screenshots, updating existing and adding new articles for recently added new features, and improving the knowledgebase to optimize customer acquisition and retention.


Deliverables

Activities:

  • Learning the features of TaskTrain, a B2B SMB "lightweight" process/workflow management SaaS application.
  • Learning the capabilities of the HelpCrunch Knowledge Base module.
  • Reading the current TaskTrain Help Center to identifying missing graphics and outdated content.
  • Updating the TaskTrain Help Center with new and revised articles to cover new and modified application features.
  • Improving TaskTrain Help Center navigation and articles to enhance user learning and optimized customer acquisition and retention.


Deliverables:

  1. Updated Help Center articles
  2. Library of graphics used for article updates
  3. Brief summary report describing process of updating articles
Mentorship
  • Orientation: Provide overview of TaskTrain company mission, product value proposition, product demo, existing support resources, existing brand and marketing collateral, competitor/adjacent landscape.
  • Planning: Review project objectives and deliverables and collaboratively generate task list and timeframe.
  • Regular Coaching: Schedule and hold regular check-ins to provide detailed feedback and coaching on work-in-progress.
  • Conclusion: Provide closing project feedback based on process and deliverables. Provide oral or written references.
