The main goal for the project is to renew the marketing efforts for our new ski and snowboard tuning equipment and accessories that are entering the market. This will involve several different steps for the team, including:


- Conducting market research to understand the target audience and competition.


- Developing a marketing strategy and plan for the new product launch.


- Creating promotional materials such as advertisements, social media content, and product descriptions.


- Implementing the marketing plan and tracking the performance of the marketing efforts.


- Analyzing the results and making adjustments to the marketing strategy as needed.


- Redesign product packaging to better inform potential purchasers what the product is and what it does.

Deliverables

The learners will need to complete the following tasks to achieve the project goal:


- A comprehensive market research report including target audience analysis and competitive landscape.


- A detailed marketing strategy and plan for the new product launch.
