The primary objective of this project is to strategically connect with key personas in target industries for each of our products, showcasing our innovative emotion analytics solutions designed to significantly improve user experience on websites. Enhance visibility and network with potential clients and partners by participating in local events, conferences, and industry gatherings.

Deliverables
  1. Identify and register for relevant local events and conferences.
  2. Develop engaging presentations showcasing our emotion analytics solutions.
  3. Prepare promotional materials for distribution during events.
  4. Network with decision-makers, influencers, and potential clients.
  5. Collect feedback and insights from attendees during and after presentations.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate press releases and articles.
  7. Evaluate the success of event participation based on generated leads and partnerships.


Deliverables:

  1. Engaging Presentation: Prepare a compelling presentation highlighting the benefits and applications of our emotion analytics solutions, tailored for local event audiences.
  2. Event Registration and Logistics: Register for at least three relevant local events or conferences, managing logistics such as booth setup, promotional materials, and travel arrangements if necessary.
  3. Networking and Lead Generation: Engage with event attendees, network with decision-makers and influencers, and generate at least 20 new leads or contacts interested in our products.
  4. Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from event attendees through surveys or in-person discussions, summarizing key insights and suggestions for future event participation.
  5. Event Recap and Analysis: Provide a detailed recap of each attended event, including key takeaways, successful interactions, and lessons learned for future event strategies.


Mentorship

Students participating in the Local Event Attendance project will receive robust support from us. They will be equipped with training on public speaking, networking, and event planning. Access to presentation software, event management tools, and social media platforms will be provided. We will facilitate participation in relevant events and conferences, covering registration costs and logistics. Experienced staff will mentor students on creating engaging presentations, collecting feedback using survey tools, and leveraging social media for event promotion. Regular coordination meetings will ensure that students are well-prepared and supported in their efforts to maximize the impact of local event attendance.
