- customer communications: conduct a survey with our customers identifying how to improve our customer service and to learn more about what's important to them with our customer loyalty program
- project management: work with our CEO to review and re-structure our customer loyalty program
Students will work closely with the primary project manager, Christal Earle, who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include 5 hours of focused mentoring on their area of choice.
We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern(s) using these communication tools: Company Slack channel, Zoom, in person if applicable

About the company
Brave Soles are handmade leather shoes with hand-cut recycled tire soles and accessories. Through our simple processes, we help to generate employment for 20 people in both Canada and Dominican Republic. We are also focused on keeping our processes simple, easily reproduced and able to provide many avenues of enterprise that helps to make a more equitable world. We are ecommerce based but sell through many channels.
