Working closely with, and supervised by, Jennifer Proudfoot, the McGill Institute for Health and Social Policy (IHSP) Partnership and Knowledge Exchange Strategic Lead, and Professor Alayne Adams, the Research Assistants will contribute to and coordinate the development of a youth-led wellbeing project proposal for the ListenUp! for Youth Wellbeing Initiative.

Deliverables

The Research Assistants will lead and organize project development meetings with both young people and project core faculty members, and collaboratively develop a brief written proposal to pitch to prospective funding organizations.

Mentorship

The student will be supervised and supported by Jennifer Proudfoot, Strategic Lead, Partnerships and Knowledge Exchange at the McGill Department of Equity, Ethics and Policy and Alayne Adams, Professor in Family Medicine at McGill - both leading members of the ListenUp! for Youth Wellbeing Initiative. The student will work off-site and independently but regular input and guidance will be provided, as well as whenever helpful to the student.
