Details

Katamundi is a social impact movement for K-6th graders looking to make a positive difference in the world through service-learning and volunteerism. We are launching our social impact network as a mobile-optimized web app in early Fall.

We are offering an Entrepreneurial Internship program that will highlight product development and strategic planning efforts. Below are sample projects an Entrepreneurial Product and Strategic Planning Intern may work on:

  • STRATEGIC PLANNING: Analyze the cost, benefits, and process of organizing into a non-profit, fiscal sponsorship, social b-corp, and c-corp.
  • STRATEGIC PLANNING: Evaluate business model opportunities, identifying which revenue source(s) to pursue, what value to offer, how to price the value, and who pays for the value.
  • STRATEGIC PLANNING: Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks. Recommend a plan and schedule to periodically survey and analyze KPIs.
  • PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: Research and evaluate relevant gamification features, user-generated content features, and other user retention strategies that aim to optimize user engagement.
  • PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: Analyze customer satisfaction of user experience and evaluate using a SWOT (strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis framework.
