RHB Inc. is seeking to develop an innovative AI-driven platform designed to streamline the process of fetching real estate listing data and automatically posting it across various social media platforms. This tool aims to enhance the efficiency of real estate agents by automating content creation and distribution, thereby increasing online visibility and engagement.

Deliverables
  • Task: Design and implement AI models to extract real estate listing data from multiple sources (MLS, websites, etc.) and generate content (e.g., property descriptions, social media posts).
  • Deliverable: Working prototype of an AI model that can autonomously generate content from listings.

3. Web Scraping/Data Collection Module

  • Task: Develop a module to scrape real estate listings data from multiple sources, ensuring compliance with data usage policies.
  • Deliverable: Python scripts or other tools that can extract real estate listings data and store it in a structured format (e.g., JSON, database).

4. Social Media Integration

  • Task: Implement functionality to automatically post generated content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Deliverable: A working integration with social media APIs that can post content automatically.

5. User Interface (UI) Development

  • Task: Develop a user-friendly interface that allows real estate agents to manage listings, review AI-generated posts, and schedule social media posting.
  • Deliverable: A fully functional landing page and dashboard that allows agents to interact with the platform.

6. Testing and Optimization

  • Task: Test the platform for bugs, accuracy of data extraction, and successful social media posting. Optimize AI models and user interface for performance.
  • Deliverable: Testing reports, bug fixes, and optimization improvements.
