In Phase 7B, learners will evaluate the games created by three teams, identifying which best align with the key concepts of the Sandbox System™ Training. The project involves expanding on the selected game(s) by detailing the objectives, mechanics, scenarios, and instructions. This will ensure the games can be effectively integrated into training sessions by instructors. The goal is to create a comprehensive guide that allows seamless adaptation of the games into the training curriculum, enhancing the learning experience for participants. Learners will apply their understanding of game design and instructional strategies to achieve this.
The project deliverables include a detailed report and guide that outlines the chosen game(s) with expanded objectives, mechanics, scenarios, and instructions. This guide will serve as a resource for instructors to adapt the games into training sessions. Additionally, a presentation summarizing the evaluation process and the rationale for game selection will be provided.
