The primary focus for the student will be: (Remove any that don't apply)

  • Strategy - Develop an implementation plan for entering a new market; develop a go-to-market strategy; identify new funding and grant opportunities, write proposals.
  • Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes.
  • Marketing - Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy
  • Sales - Design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team; design a new/improved pricing or service structure and implement. Commissions available for sales made.
Deliverables

  • Sales - For the student(s) to help us roll-out better prospecting that increases conversion rates and boost our sales.

Mentorship

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. Students will be directly added into the workspace and integrated directly with the support Staff and media team.


We mainly use email & WhatsApp. Students will get their own Cloud North Visuals email as well and may be asked to continue working with us after the project if all goes well.
