The main goal for the project is to create a comprehensive marketing and sales plan for Calibre Consulting Corp's SAAS-based software in order to build brand awareness and attract clients. This will involve several different steps for the team, including:


- Conducting market research to identify target audience and competitors


- Developing a marketing strategy to reach the target audience


- Creating a sales plan to attract clients and generate revenue


- Implementing branding initiatives to build brand awareness


- Analyzing the effectiveness of the plan and making adjustments as needed


Deliverables

By the end of the project, the team should complete the following tasks:


- A comprehensive market research report including target audience and competitor analysis


- A detailed marketing strategy outlining the channels and tactics to be used


- A sales plan with revenue projections and client acquisition strategies


- Branding initiatives such as logo design, website updates, and social media presence
