The main goal for the project is to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for StaffedUp that will help the company reach a wider audience, increase brand awareness, and ultimately drive more traffic and conversions on their platform. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Conducting a thorough analysis of StaffedUp's current online presence, including their website, social media accounts, and any existing digital marketing efforts.


- Identifying target audience segments and creating buyer personas to better understand the needs and preferences of potential customers.


- Developing a content marketing plan that includes creating valuable and relevant content for StaffedUp's target audience.


- Creating a social media marketing plan to engage with potential customers and build a community around the StaffedUp brand.


- Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the company's visibility in search engine results.


- Setting up key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the digital marketing efforts.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- A comprehensive analysis of StaffedUp's current online presence and digital marketing efforts.


- Developed buyer personas and target audience segments for StaffedUp.


- A detailed content marketing plan and social media marketing plan.


- Implemented SEO strategies to improve the company's online visibility.


- Established KPIs to measure the success of the digital marketing strategy.



Final deliverables:


- A detailed digital marketing strategy document outlining all the above deliverables and the overall plan for StaffedUp.


- A presentation explaining the strategy and how it aligns with the company's goals and objectives.


Mentorship

Access to time with founder and marketing/content managers, along with access to all technical and marketing platforms, including historical data/analytics.
