They will need experience in any of the above, the ability to work in a fast paced start up environment (entirely remote) and a willingness to learn!
We will set three learning outcomes for them so we ensure tasks given are in alignment with their desired outcomes. We'll have weekly meetings and ensure any other mentorship or supervision needed is available to be given.
