The main goal of this project is to improve internal efficiency and organization within our company by developing and implementing an internal Discord bot that can automate various tasks and processes. The bot will be used to streamline and automate tasks such as meeting management, project management, and sales tracking, which will allow our team to focus on more important tasks and increase productivity.

This will help the team to keep track of important meetings and deadlines, stay on top of sales leads, and ensure that meetings are productive and efficient. Additionally, the bot will be an effective tool to keep data organized, track performance, send reminders, and communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Overall, the goal is to improve the company's performance, increase the level of satisfaction of the clients, and create a more seamless and efficient workflow for the team.

The fundamental task will be for a student to design and program the bot to perform the following functions:

• Recording and automatically uploading meetings recordings to Google Drive
• Setting up automation reminders for project deadlines, check-ins, and meetings
• Create meeting minutes in Google Docs and have it become auto-sorted into our Google Drive
• Sending reminders to sales leads
• Tracking attendance and sales call data
• Automatically generate Google Docs with an appropriate naming convention for meeting minutes

In addition, students will need to:

• Collaborate with the team to develop a strategy for the internal Discord bot
• Test and debug the bot to ensure it is functioning correctly
• Implement the bot within our company's Discord server
• Update and maintain the bot on an ongoing basis
• Research new techniques and trends in bot development and implementation

• Provide access to the company's Discord server and Google Drive for testing and implementation of the bot
• Provide guidance and support throughout the development and implementation process
• Provide access to relevant software and tools needed for the project
• Provide relevant data and information needed for the bot's development
• Provide access to relevant team members for questions and feedback
