The main objective of this project is to provide industry analysis and determine or recommend weather we should focus our efforts on one industry of sellers, or continue with our industry agnostic customer strategy. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Analyzing our existing customer base and industry trends.


- Researching customer needs and preferences for our products.


- Developing a strategy for targeting specific industries.


- Identifying potential opportunities for growth in the chosen industry.


- Evaluating the potential risks associated with focusing on one industry.


- Developing a comprehensive report outlining the findings and recommendations.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of our existing customer base and industry trends.


- Understanding of customer needs and preferences for our products.


- Identification of potential opportunities for growth in the chosen industry.


- Evaluation of potential risks associated with focusing on one industry.



Final deliverables should include:
