1. Writing the business overview, sales & marketing sections
2. Writing financial plan, operations, risk management and executive Summary.
We are looking for assistance in completing part one.
We believe the first part of the project will include:
- Market research
- Stats and Trend reports
- Research, plan, write, edit, and revise a lean business plan for our tech start-up (from start to end)
- Revise as needed
1. Research the industry and market: Understand the industry and market in which the business will operate, including trends, key competitors and customer needs.
2. Refine the mission statement
3. Outline the business and ownership structure
4. Describe our products and services: Outline the company’s products or services and explain how they will meet customer needs.
5. Describe the target customer segment and explain why they will buy the company’s products or services.
6. Outline the marketing and sales plan: Detail how the company will reach and attract customers, and explain how it will generate sales.
- Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
They will have access to:
- Existing primary and secondary research and other metrics
