Details

Total Life Inc. aims to create a comprehensive, self-led curriculum designed to empower older adults in enhancing their physical and mental well-being while addressing age-related challenges. The project focuses on developing educational materials that are accessible, engaging, and tailored to the unique needs of older adults. The curriculum should integrate evidence-based practices and strategies that promote healthy aging, mental resilience, and physical activity. Learners will apply their knowledge of health sciences, gerontology, and educational design to create modules that are easy to understand and implement. The goal is to provide older adults with the tools and knowledge to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives independently.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a complete curriculum package consisting of educational modules, instructional guides, and supplementary resources. Each module should cover specific topics related to physical and mental health, with clear objectives and actionable steps. Additionally, the curriculum should include assessment tools to measure progress and effectiveness. The final deliverable will be a user-friendly, self-led program that can be easily accessed and utilized by older adults.
