To assist and improve operations and programming for our organization.

Deliverables

The primary focus for the student will be:

  • Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes;
  • Program Management- Check in with program managers for our different major events: AfroTech, Black History Month, Year End Gala for each event and their timelines
  • Data Reporting- Track and report attendance and sales, as well as donors and sponsors for each major event for reporting
Mentorship

Students will work closely with the primary with directors on this projects.
