The primary focus for the student will be:
- Documentation - Attend all board meetings and take detailed notes
- Board meeting Planning - Organization Board Meetings in Partnership with Board Chair and Board Secretary with Key Takeaways
- AGM Planning - Prepare documents and presentation slides in collaboration with Board and Graphic Design Assistant- Gather statements from board members who want to address their committee focus and ensure they are given to the graphic designer.
- Report - Create a refined report and documents based on grant funding final reports and attendance data from events
- Research -Research board resources and needs such as DOE insurance and costs
- Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes
Students will work closely with the board chair and board secretary.
