To support the administrative efforts of the board committee and help us prepare for our AGM.

Deliverables

The primary focus for the student will be:

  • Documentation - Attend all board meetings and take detailed notes
  • Board meeting Planning - Organization Board Meetings in Partnership with Board Chair and Board Secretary with Key Takeaways
  • AGM Planning - Prepare documents and presentation slides in collaboration with Board and Graphic Design Assistant- Gather statements from board members who want to address their committee focus and ensure they are given to the graphic designer.
  • Report - Create a refined report and documents based on grant funding final reports and attendance data from events
  • Research -Research board resources and needs such as DOE insurance and costs
  • Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes
Mentorship

Students will work closely with the board chair and board secretary.
