Details

The main goal of this part is to analyze the collected data, identify patterns and trends, and draw meaningful conclusions regarding succession planning readiness and potential economic consequences in Alberta. Based on the analysis, actionable recommendations will be provided to business owners, industry associations, chambers of commerce, and policymakers to improve succession planning practices and mitigate negative economic impacts.

Deliverables
  1. Data Analysis: use appropriate statistical methods and analytical techniques to analyze the collected data. This may involve quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, or a combination of both, depending on the nature of the data and research objectives.
  2. Pattern Identification: explore the data to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and other relevant insights related to succession planning readiness among business owners in Alberta.
  3. Conclusions and Recommendations: based on the data analysis, draw meaningful conclusions about the current state of succession planning readiness and the potential economic consequences. Provide recommendations for business owners, industry associations, chambers of commerce, and policymakers to improve succession planning practices and mitigate negative economic impacts.
  4. Report Writing: prepare a comprehensive research report summarizing the findings, conclusions, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. The report should include relevant visualizations such as charts, tables, and graphs to support the analysis.
