empathy data reporting google analytics data strategy product improvement non-disclosure agreement (intellectual property law) microsoft excelWe’d like students to help analyze our current game datasets to draw helpful insights, while also making recommendations for strategic ways data could further improve and measure our impact.
From this analysis, we hope to not only improve our processes and understanding but also gain insights that will enhance our strategy. These insights will be directly related to business outcomes and help us better showcase and communicate our prevention impact to Inform our secondary audience made up of non profits, government and corporate stakeholders on the impact of our game and its strategy. It should also align with our three (3) core goals for teens to 1) Increase risk-perceptions of predatory behaviors on and offline 2) Motivate peer-to-peer conversations about healthy and unhealthy scenarios and increase empathy 3) Guide teens to take action to prevention and intervention.
Student will help with areas like:
- Improve data strategy and key questions driving our existing data dashboard
- As we grow, what new data should we collect and how will that help drive our core goals?
- Design data reports to show the game impact
- Identify helpful trends or potential predictive strategies as we grow.
Students will use Google analytics, Excel and GA4 Data Studio, but we are open to new tools. Data Dashboard has been running since May 2022 and has data collected from 1302 visitors. Pre and post survey is 250 people completes. We will give students access to these on signature of an NDA. Students can highlight new areas we should measure but aren't yet, predict and visualize what is existing. A report with details of the game impact, insights for product improvement and any gaps is ideal & all applicable source code.
Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. We will onboard all students with a dive into our work, past research and add them to our internal communications tools including Slack and Asana. We will set up weekly or bi weekly zoom calls via Studio Jayne CEO and where relevant, other employees and partners will join. In order to share specific data, we may ask students sign an NDA to provide access to proprietary data on a needs basis.
