Details

Regenesis is seeking to enhance its visibility and strengthen its connections within the academic and local community. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive outreach strategy that effectively communicates Regenesis’s initiatives to departments, professors, student clubs, and community organizations. The project will involve researching and identifying key stakeholders and their contacts, crafting engaging content for newsletters and emails, and planning lecture announcements--when necessary. By leveraging these communication channels, the project aims to increase awareness and support for Regenesis’s environmental and sustainability efforts. This initiative provides learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of communication strategies and stakeholder engagement in a real-world context, fostering skills in strategic planning and content creation.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed outreach plan outlining target stakeholders and communication strategies, a series of draft newsletters and email templates, and a schedule for sending these out within the time period of this placement. Additionally, a report summarizing the anticipated impact and potential improvements for future outreach efforts will be required. These deliverables will collectively ensure a structured approach to expanding Regenesis's visibility and engagement within the community.
