The Teacher App is expanding its offerings and needs to relaunch its company website to reflect the introduction of new educational programs. The current website does not adequately showcase these new programs, nor does it effectively generate leads or registrations. The goal of this project is to redesign and update the website to make it more user-friendly, informative, and optimized for lead generation. This will involve updating the content, improving the user interface, and integrating new features that highlight the new programs. The project will provide learners with an opportunity to apply their web development, design, and digital marketing skills in a real-world context.

Key tasks include:

- Redesigning the website layout and user interface based on current assets/designs.

- Updating content to include new programs/offerings.

- Implementing lead generation forms and call-to-action buttons.

- Testing the website for usability and functionality (Wordpress).

The deliverables for this project will include a fully redesigned and updated website for The Teacher App. This will encompass a new layout, updated content, and integrated lead generation features. Additionally, a report detailing the changes made, the rationale behind them, and recommendations for future improvements will be provided.

Specific deliverables include:

- A redesigned website layout and user interface.

- Updated content that includes information on new programs.

- Integrated lead generation forms and call-to-action buttons.

- A usability and functionality testing report.

- A final project report summarizing the work completed and recommendations for future updates.

Reporting to CEO, we will support the project with necessary tools and mentorship needed. Weekly 15-minute check-ins will be required.
