The team will conduct research on best practices, consult relevant legal guidelines, and tailor the policies to fit the specific needs of Pulp Ltd.
The final deliverables for this project will include:
- A detailed HR policy manual covering recruitment, onboarding, employee conduct, performance evaluation, and termination processes.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each HR function outlined in the policy manual.
- A presentation summarizing the key policies and procedures, highlighting their importance and implementation strategy.
