Beyond this our objective is to gain understanding on the future of corporate training, specifically soft skills training, under various methods, platforms, characteristics and development needs.
Key metrics to uncover are:
· What are the most and least preferred platforms i.e.:
o Classroom - live in person
o Classroom - online in person
o Classroom - online virtual
o Individual – live, online or virtual
o virtual reality (VR)
· What are the most and least preferred methods i.e.:
o Classroom
o Desk – one to one
o Online
o Home study with or without time requirements
· What are the most least required subjects i.e.:
o Leadership
§ Leading
§ Change management
§ Communication
o Management
§ Efficiency and effectiveness
§ Day to day management

§ Team productivity
o Sales
§ Customer engagement
§ Territory and sales planning

· An additional question is – how does an organization measure value from training?
· Critical to the understanding is defining what the future state of time allocation would be for corporate training. When corporate training became mainstream, sessions and training events would last days and even weeks. We are very curious to understand how short time allocations are today and in the future.
If time permits, it would be interesting to understand geo-market differences.
