The goal of this project is to review and analyze the urban planning budget for the Dundas Project at Dundas St Cambridge. This will include conducting market research on the real estate market in Cambridge and comparing it to other projects in the area.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

- Understanding of the urban planning budget for the Dundas Project.

- Analysis of the real estate market in Cambridge, including comparatives to other projects in the area.
