💼 Position Overview

As a Growth Hacker at Effinity, you will play a crucial role in expanding our online presence, growing our Discord and LinkedIn communities, and increasing brand visibility. You will develop and execute innovative growth strategies, engage with our audience, and analyze data to optimize our efforts. If you are passionate about community building, digital marketing, and driving growth in a startup environment, we want to hear from you.

✨ Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our Discord and LinkedIn communities.

• Create and manage content, events, and discussions to foster an active and supportive community.

• Identify and collaborate with influencers and key community members to amplify our reach.

• Leverage social media, content marketing, and partnerships to promote Effinity’s mission.

• Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to align growth efforts with overall business objectives.

🚚 Deliverables

• Achieve a targeted increase in Discord and LinkedIn community members within a time frame.

• Create and publish at least ten Blog / LinkedIn posts.

• Provide reports on community growth, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.

• Implement and test at least three growth hacking strategies or experiments.
