Small Towns of Canada - Phase 2 | Digital Content for 1000towns.ca
Number of individual students required: 25 students, any Province or Territory, Canada 1000 Towns of Canada 1000towns.ca is a digital platform connecting travellers and small town communities. In Phase 2, we want students to create content about the next groups of small Canadian towns. It will be focused mostly on Quebec, Saskatchewan, northern Ontario and the Atlantic provinces. With students' help, we launched more than 260 town pages on 1000towns.ca. To clarify the format, you can check existing pages (blue leaves on the map). To complete the project, we expect the student(s) will: Choose ten small towns Write a short description of each attraction (8-12 attractions for each town) 'Communicate with local communities for feedback After approval of the 1000 Towns of Canada team, the final content will be published as unique town pages on 1000towns.ca with the student's name as a creator. We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. We recently launched Growatyourpace.com and we will continue to promote the first course www.yourapplauseacademy. We are teaching people to 1) Plan 2) Launch and 3) Earn with their own speaker or storytelling series. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. Digital Content Creation - Newsletter for Marketing to Clients
PROJECT SCOPE We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. Students will then turn such information into a newsletter to be circulated weekly to subscribers email. We're looking for a student to help us with the creation of graphic design assets for 2 separate environmentally focused projects. This will include: Working with project leads to come up with logo's, color themes and branding guides that aligns with our mission. Creating graphic design assets for social media accounts and websites, such as logo's letterheads, typeface, imagery, color scheme palette.
Small/Micro Business Campaign Plan
Calgary Dollars (C$) is passionate about local resilience and circular economy. We want to increase awareness about our program. We would like to work with students to design a campaign that raises awareness about C$ and encourages micro-small businesses, vendors and entrepreneurs to join. In collaboration with key contacts at our organization, students will design and carry out a campaign strategy around Calgary Dollars. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with Calgary Dollars, our programs and goals. Familiarizing themselves with ideal outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identifying how to target small Calgary businesses, vendors and entrepreneurs Identifying potential sponsors and partners who can support our campaign. Creating a promotion and marketing plan. Assisting in the development of digital marketing, social media content, e-leaflets, posters, videos, and / or templates.

The main objective of this project is to hire students who can help Fourien Inc. create digital content in the form of speaking in front of a camera or editing videos as well as designing graphics. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching and understanding the company's products, services, and mission. - Developing a creative concept for the digital content. - Creating scripts and storyboards for the content. - Filming and editing the content. - Designing graphics for the content.
Blogging: Create blog posts for the tech industry
Squash.io is a DevOps platform that allows software developers to quickly deploy their web apps for testing purposes. We currently have many companies in our platform, including names like NASA, Wagtail and New York Public Radio. We would like to collaborate with students to create blog posts that drive more traffic to our website. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our goals, target market, products and services. Recommending topics for our blog posts. Drafting blog posts relevant to our business. Revising blog posts based on feedback. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending ways to market our blog. The blog posts are not going to be technical (i.e, you do not need any knowledge of software development). Our goal is to create blog posts containing statistics or trends related to technology in general. We will provide all the tools you need to do your own research. The only skills you need are: curiosity, ability to research information using the web and writing outstanding content.

Students will enhance ArcPro's online presence by optimizing a website for user experience, creating engaging social media content, and developing visually appealing videos. The goal is to boost brand awareness, increase website traffic, and enhance business image in the digital space.

The main goal of this project is to manage and grow three newsletters. This will involve tasks such as content creation - mostly content writing, email design, social media promotion of newsletters and posts, tracking email statistics, and working with the team.
