Mackenzie is easy to talk to, has a clear vision and is willing to offer support is a variety of ways. During our weekly group meetings he took time to review our work with us to ensure we understood the expectations and were meeting them. He was generous with positive feedback and gracious with corrections. It was easy to work with someone who blends passion and vision together so well.

Very interesting to learn about the budgets of different provinces and how they allocated their funds for seniors. The VOICES document was well put together by the community partners and it was shocking to see how little issues are addressed.

CanAge allowed for a unique experience and provided necessary feedback for work done, allowing me to grow and understand which areas to improve to provide a higher level of work. Enjoying the work and the experience has led me to question if I wish to do more similar work, which I believe I would genuinely enjoy.

Mackenzie was kind, informative and patient. The only criticism I have is when we got our projects by assignments. Having it earlier in the semester would have been lovely (specifically as soon as we had communication with the partner).

I was partnered with CanAge for my work-based project required for my course at University. This opportunity lead me to hone in on my professional and leadership skills while collaborating with a team and researching individually. Jana was very resourceful at the beginning of the project, communicating the project's scope and expected deliverables.

Great opportunity

It was a great experience working with CanAge. I like the communication , we could have some meetings to clarify project scope and also confirm our process .also They provided necessary information for us In order to go forward in the project. Overall I consider it a successful experience.
