I had a great experience working with Meet The Motivators and learned many new skills!

I had an incredible experience working on this project. The team was extremely supportive throughout, and I truly appreciated the collaborative environment we built together. Everyone was always willing to offer guidance, which made the entire process enjoyable. I learned a great deal from this project—our work together allowed me to grow professionally and personally. Jacqueline Dixon is an incredible mentor who has helped me grow my leadership and project management skills. Throughout my time with Meet the Motivators, I received all the help and support I needed to improve my work. The MTM team is a supportive and positive environment. Starting as a grant writer, I was able to learn the art of proposing and pitching an idea, while sharpening my writing skills. As I moved onto the project management team, I grew skills in organization and event planning. I'm grateful for the opportunities I received with MTM and look forward to working with them in the future!

This project provides me with a precious opportunity to gain more hands-on experiences that align with my career goals. Project participants are engaged in weekly meetings to understand the expectations of each task clearly. The team also provides a lot of guidance throughout the project. Therefore, the students can strengthen their skills.
