Number of positions available: 2-3 In order to better manage its human resources, Paideia Mundi would like to put in place a human resources management system based on a software. To this end, we are looking for a student with strong knowledge in human resources management who will be able to help us put in place such a tool, as well as improve our human resources management processes. The tasks to be completed might include, but not restrict to: Identifying the needs of the organization in terms of human resources management Suggesting and putting in place an efficient human resources management software Making recommendations on how the organization can improve its recruitment and human resources management processes

Taster Classes in Celtic & Indigenous Languages, and Inuktitut

Paideia Mundi is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing an ethics of thought and action in favor of all human and living beings on this planet thanks to the promotion of culture, arts and humanities. Number of positions available: 4-5 We would like to test the interest of the public in attending threatened languages courses over the summer. More specifically, we would like to organize courses in Gaelic (Scottish or Irish), Breton or Welsh, as well as in American Indigenous languages or in Inuktitut. We are looking for 4-5 students with strong knowledge in those languages to organize attractive taster classes in order to let people know of our offer and assess their interest in joining longer sessions. Tasks to be completed will include: · Specifying the objectives of the taster class · Preparing attractive content that might spark people’s interest in learning ancient languages · Teaching 12 sessions of the taster class over the course of 2-3 weeks on different days of the week, and at different times so we can evaluate people’s interest as well as the best time slots to organize the classes · Preparing a curriculum for a potential 10 class-session to be given over the summer 2021 Each student will be required to work 80 hours on the project.
