I had the privilege of being part of the software team at Telebotics, where I experienced an exceptional level of support, collaboration, and mentorship. The team was not only technically strong but also incredibly kind and patient, always willing to share their knowledge and help me grow both personally and professionally. Throughout my time with the company, I gained valuable hands-on experience, particularly in the integration of ROS 2 to bridge the gap between the software stack and the vehicle's hardware actuators. I also had the opportunity to contribute to several critical areas, including the control system, blinker and indicator logic, sensor plugin development, and the implementation of vibration feedback for safety and diagnostics. These experiences deepened my understanding of autonomous systems and real-time embedded communication. I am especially thankful to Omid, whose leadership and vision made this experience possible. His guidance and encouragement played a significant role in my development. Working under his direction was truly inspiring, and I remain grateful for the opportunity to be part of such an innovative and forward-thinking team.

Working with the team at Telebotics on the Autonomous Delivery Vehicle project was a great learning experience. They gave us a lot of independence and responsibility while still being available when we needed guidance. The expectations were clear, and the feedback we received helped push our work to a higher standard. I appreciated how they emphasized documentation and real-world integration, which made the experience feel practical and industry-relevant. During our weekly check ins, Omid always identified actionable next steps and feedback which not only highlighted what could be improved but also how to improve it. It definitely helped me grow both technically and professionally.
