Farrah Suleman found solace from the adversity she faced by applying alternative medicine and holistic healing. Through her own healing journey, she discovered the pleasure and fulfillment of helping others, leading her to become a Reiki Master. “I recognized that I had a purpose and that was to help others through their pain by teaching them the tools that I used to help me overcome it.” Farrah founded Kisses From Heaven in 2018 to provide Reiki experiences that are accessible to all by creating Reiki and Crystal-infused handmade organic soaps and 100% soy candles. Each of which is infused with Reiki and Crystal Healing properties. All our products are toxin, SLS, parabens and phthalates-free. We work with trusted Artisans to provide metaphysical Reiki-infused products including natural mists such as the Reiki Mist and sell Palo Santo, raw crystals and abalone shells. Our hope is that you enjoy the start to a tranquil life as you heal and become the best version of yourself through the power of Reiki.

Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for 1-2 marketing students or teams. The primary focus for the student will be: PROJECT A Goal: Branding & Market Research Objectives: 1. Define our organization's brand and core value proposition; conduct a full competitive landscape assessment in the alternative and metaphysical healing market; identify opportunities and threats facing our brand; assess where and how to improve our brand's presence and differentiate from our competitors. 2. Perform market segmentation to identify the ideal target market for (new or existing product or service); conduct customer surveys or focus groups to gain insights into the perceptions and behaviours of our target customers; identify expansion opportunities; identify key messaging for (new product or service) and develop a pricing strategy Tasks: Identity target market and their main problems Describe how our products and services can bring value to them and how we can stand out and become their preferred provider of this value Identify who are our competitors (successes, weaknesses) and how we can improve our brand presence and differentiate from them Identify all threats our products and services face and how we can avoid these threats Create focus groups & customer surveys to gain insight into our products to understand their perceptions and behaviors and ideally what they are looking for Identify ways in which we can expand our product line and get them into retail stores or the hands of other alternative healers Identify key messaging to promote our product and services Our goal at the end of this experience is: Branding and Marketing Communications - For the student(s) to help us improve our brand's presence and capture greater market share.
