'Go Ahead, Tell Me' Podcast - Social media growth

"Dale! Tell Me" (Go Ahead, Tell Me) started as a radio show in Los Angeles and a podcast for worldwide distribution on November 2019. The focus of this and other projects of our company is creating positive entertainment for social change. Therefore, besides marketing, we use psychology research for the creation of final products. Right now we're working on upgrading our project as a trans-media show. The focus of our content is highlighting the multicultural world we live in and the need of understanding our differences and respecting them for the betterment of societies. We are starting our second season (year) for Dale, Cuentame (Go Ahead, Tell me) and on this stage we’d like to start the trans-media show using our puppy (mascot) as a character on all of our platforms or an app or a game. We also, modified the focus going from only the Hispanic community to a multicultural audience in order to reach our more diverse target audience. Therefore, our podcast episodes are mostly in English now. The goal is to reach out to people interested in unifying diversity and/or understanding the need to mutual respect to have better communities, knowing the work of diverse positive change-makers Our guests show the multicultural world we live in and what they are doing with their talents to improve it. That’s when we ask: Go Ahead, Tell me!. Students could accomplish the following: Social media research, analytics, and proposed campaigns to: Increased engagement/followers for all appropriate platforms Detailed research on the changes on algorithms from social media platforms and recommendations for the 3 best one to increase engagement for the podcast Competitor analysis to provide recommendations on increasing audience Intern Skill sets: Eager to learn, create, and work as a teamplayer Our goal: To be perceived as the knowledgeable production company we are on content creation for multicultural audiences, aiming to unify and provoke engagement and positive social change.
