  • An assessment of the present business processes and justification for the proposed redesign.
  • Process governance guidelines.
  • An explanation on how the process supports your organization's strategy.

Project Examples

Students will be assessing potential opportunities within your organization to provide strategic recommendations. Given the data you will provide, the students will analyze what processes can be optimized to save your organization time, money, or anything else relevant to your business.


Project focus examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Production processes
  • Sales processes
  • Marketing processes
  • Order processing
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Be available for a quick phone call with the organizer to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the experience. The organization should select a business process in need of improvement and provide detailed description of the process, data and required objective.

Meet with students minimum of 4 times over the semester. This is to ensure the project is completed on track and is aligned with your goals.

Provide a dedicated contact who will be available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address student’s questions or provide additional information.
