From James: I've trained and managed Ravinder during her internship at Our Kids. She has exhibited a willingness to learn, even when faced with something completely new. While she had never done any sales prospecting tasks before, she picked things up quickly and was able to present her deliverables in an organized manner. However, her attention to detail could be improved. She was assigned to add leads from a publicly available directory and instructed to add leads to our CRM only if they didn't already exist. Unfortunately, a large number of duplicate leads were added. Although she improved after we noticed the issue, she was never able to fully eliminate the problem. Overall, I believe Ravinder has learned what is expected in the sales prospecting process, where potential pitfalls may arise, and the type of skills required to excel in this role. From Michael: Ravinder played a role in identifying new school and camp accounts, demonstrating a keen ability to navigate through databases and effectively pinpoint valuable leads. Her efforts have expanded our reach and opened up new avenues for partnerships, which are essential for our growth.
