Experience feedback

The University of Georgia students came to our Subscriber Research project with a positive attitude. They asked many questions and worked hard to understand our product and business goals. They compiled a comprehensive list of questions, which were trimmed to meet our goal for a short and effective survey. Once we put the defined instrument into production, we managed to achieve a 30% response rate which is quite exemplary and surprised everyone. The students quickly analyzed the results and provided a presentation and report document that we plan to use in our marketing plan. A professional experience for me, and certainly positive outcome. Thanks University of Georgia!
