Students in this course will synthesize concepts and strategies from previous and concurrent courses to create a comprehensive business plan for their envisioned enterprise. The plan entails evaluating market attractiveness, internal capabilities, and external risks. It includes assessing various business strategies, formulating a mission, vision, goals, and business objectives, and outlining detailed strategies for key functional areas like marketing, operations, finance, human resources, and leadership.
