The MA Leadership Graduate Program at Trinity Western University offers first-year graduate students a unique opportunity to tackle real-world leadership challenges through the Strategic Leadership course. Students are equipped with advanced skills in strategic thinking, servant leadership, and social responsibility, enabling them to analyze, design, and implement effective leadership strategies. By collaborating with industry professionals, students can apply leadership theories to organizational problems, integrate ethical decision-making, and foster social responsibility, demonstrating their ability to research, communicate, and lead effectively.

Trinity Western University’s Media + Communication (MCOM) program offers an experiential learning opportunity designed for upper-level Media and Communication students eager to gain hands-on professional experience in communication-related projects. These learners possess skills in crafting compelling narratives, developing strategic communication plans, and utilizing digital media tools. By engaging in real-world projects, students can apply their classroom knowledge to create impactful communication strategies that align with industry needs, enhancing both their practical skills and professional portfolios. Employers are expected to maintain regular communication with the learners, provide necessary guidance and information for project execution, be virtually present for the final presentations, and offer constructive and professional feedback via the Riipen platform.
