It was a pleasure and an honor to have the opportunity to work with the University of Georgia through Riipen. The students assigned to my project were sharp, dedicated, and really provided great results, especially given the small data they had to work with. I enjoyed working with them.

The University of Georgia students came to our Subscriber Research project with a positive attitude. They asked many questions and worked hard to understand our product and business goals. They compiled a comprehensive list of questions, which were trimmed to meet our goal for a short and effective survey. Once we put the defined instrument into production, we managed to achieve a 30% response rate which is quite exemplary and surprised everyone. The students quickly analyzed the results and provided a presentation and report document that we plan to use in our marketing plan. A professional experience for me, and certainly positive outcome. If my project was a tangible item, you could better understand that the UGA team put a better form to the idea. It was like a boot camp, in a very good way. I can better translate our project for success. The team made it clear that there was indeed more to consider, than just a good idea. The components and integration for performance is a daunting task. The research conducted in a group setting catapulted forward. We now believe the project is properly staged for the next UGA class of professionals.

Not what we discussed at the beginning of the semester, no integration of datasets nor comparisons. For their class they deserve an A, but they did not provide the discussed outcomes.
