The main goal for the project is to build a marketing plan that expands Keldar Leadership's reach in existing verticals and recommends up to two new verticals to expand into. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Conducting market research to identify potential new verticals for expansion.


- Analyzing the current marketing strategies and their effectiveness in existing verticals.


- Developing a comprehensive marketing plan that outlines strategies for expanding reach in existing verticals and entering new verticals.


- Presenting the marketing plan to the Keldar Leadership team for approval and implementation.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- Market research report identifying potential new verticals for expansion.


- Analysis of current marketing strategies and their effectiveness.


- Comprehensive marketing plan outlining strategies for expanding reach in existing verticals and entering new verticals.


- Presentation of the marketing plan to the Keldar Leadership team.



Final deliverables:


- A detailed marketing plan document.


- A presentation outlining the key components of the marketing plan.


Mentorship

One of our Co - Founders and our Program Facilitator will work with the team to provide them any and all information they require

If there is a desire to survey/speak to existing clients we will provide contact information and make introductions.

All team members will be able to complete our PXT Select Assessment, TalentClick Assessment and an Everything DiSC Assessment for their own personal benefit as well as understanding the assessment process and the information that comes from the assessments.
