Keldar Leadership Business Plan Development

Project Description: Enhancement of existing Business Plan with an emphasis on the Marketing Component Welcome to Keldar Leadership! We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for talented MRU Business students to contribute to our innovative project, the Keldar Leadership Business Plan. Main Goal : The primary objective of this project is to review the current plan that we have developed and enhance it. The enhancements will come from market research and clarification of best strategy to grow the business aggressively over the next 3 years. Additionally, we will want to have a sense of the keys to creating a desirable company to sell or pass on to employees or family. We have some established vertical markets that we wish to expand and we are also interested in determining if there are one or two additional verticals that we should consider to help the fafast growth.

Marketing Expansion Plan for Keldar Leadership

The main goal for the project is to build a marketing plan that expands Keldar Leadership's reach in existing verticals and recommends up to two new verticals to expand into. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Conducting market research to identify potential new verticals for expansion. - Analyzing the current marketing strategies and their effectiveness in existing verticals. - Developing a comprehensive marketing plan that outlines strategies for expanding reach in existing verticals and entering new verticals. - Presenting the marketing plan to the Keldar Leadership team for approval and implementation.

Design of High Performance Supervisory Skills Program

To expand our product offering with a new ergonomically-designed line, we need insights into how we can redesign existing popular equipment and what products have the most design potential. We are interested in gaining insights on popular products that could be redesigned to be more usable and comfortable and included in our new ergonomic line. We would also like a prototype of a single product to be included in our new line.

Virtual Internship Opportunity: Conversion of Leadership Program to Virtual

Number of individual students required: 2 The primary focus for the student will be: This specific project involves converting our 8 module High Performance Leadership Program to allow for virtual delivery. Work books, PowerPoints, Leaders Guides and some activities contained within the program will need revamping to allow for online delivery. Our goal at the end of this experience is: To have a package of electronic materials that our facilitators are able to use immediately to deliver this program. Other duties the student may complete could include : Some research to identify more current statistics, quotes, video clips and references to freshen the materials. Possibly integrate Jamboard in the program.
