Key Responsibilities

Dependent on educational experience and may include:

• Review resumes and make judgements to further process canadidate
• Develop job postings and post jobs on company website and external job boards (unbranded/branded)
• Proactively source talent and build talent pipelines
• Lead and facilitate recruitment process (sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, making and negotiating offers)
• Conduct high volume Interviews and assess candidates in partnership with hiring panels
• Responsible for candidate scheduling, stage transitions and pipeline management

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:
